Registered Nurse
Rylee is our registered nurse who began her career in the fast-paced hospital setting before transitioning into the specialized field of cosmetic surgery. Originally from Oklahoma, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a warm, patient-centered approach to every aspect of care. In her current role, Rylee is involved in all stages of the surgical journey. She also sees patients in the office daily, ensuring continuity of care and a seamless experience. Outside of work, Rylee finds balance through marathon training, reading, and catching sunrises by the beach.
What is your favorite procedure that Dr. Cooper performs and why?
My favorite procedure Dr. Cooper performs is a facelift and neck lift. It truly is an art to watch Dr. Cooper execute, and the results are incredible. Watching patients regain confidence they didn’t know they were missing is the best part!
What is your favorite skin care product?
EltaMD sunscreen SPF is one of the best skincare products for maintaining a youthful-looking appearance and is especially necessary in the Florida sun.
What is your favorite beauty home remedy?
Coconut oil is a great moisturizer and also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, making it an effective makeup remover.
Dana Capitanelli
Medical Assistant
Dana is a medical assistant with over 15 years of experience in office-based medical, cosmetic, and surgical practices. Dana assists with patient visits, follow-ups, and all of our procedures, including procedures performed under local anesthesia and cosmetic surgeries performed in our in-office operating suite. Dana is also a certified EMT.
What is your favorite procedure that Dr. Cooper performs and why?
My favorite procedure that Dr. Cooper performs is breast augmentation. Dr. Cooper takes his time meeting with patients prior to the procedure, getting to know them, their preferences, and their personal story about wanting or needing the procedure due to their medical history. The results are outstanding and precise. To see the joy in these patients’ eyes and to feel it in their hearts is beyond amazing, and I feel very fortunate to be a part of that!
What is your favorite skincare product?
My absolute favorite skincare product is EltaMD Tinted Moisturizer SPF 40. This product has multiple benefits all combined into one: a lightweight moisturizer for skin hydration, a non-greasy SPF for UV protection, and a natural tint for coverage. I love it!
What is your favorite beauty home remedy?
My favorite beauty home remedy is adding a pea-sized amount of jojoba beads to my daily cleanser and exfoliating my face two to three nights a week. It keeps my skin soft, refreshed, and glowing.
Emily Cooper
Practice Manager
Emily manages our office, overseeing the marketing, development, and financial aspects of our practice. Emily has nearly 25 years of experience in business, real estate, and investment management. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton University and has earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Emily enjoys Pilates workouts, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
What is your favorite procedure that Dr. Cooper performs and why?
My favorite procedure Dr. Cooper performs is a facelift. It’s amazing how natural his facelift results are, yet how much younger and more refreshed patients look compared to their before photos. I love seeing each patient achieve their goals with a refreshed, lifted, younger-looking face, neck, and eyes.
What is your favorite skincare product?
I love Alastin Skincare Restorative Skin Complex. This anti-aging, hydrating serum improves fine lines, skin texture, and strengthens skin elasticity, and also brightens the overall complexion. I noticed a meaningful improvement in my skin after using the product regularly.
What is your favorite beauty home remedy?
A bath with oatmeal to soothe itchy, dry skin.
Robin Berman
Front Desk Coordinator
Robin is a Michigan native (Go Blue!) but moved to Florida 18 years ago. She is a CPA by profession but found her passion for all things beauty when she began managing a salon and day spa in the Jupiter area in 2012. Robin loves to travel, spending most of her vacation time in the Turks and Caicos Islands. You can be sure you will be greeted with her contagious smile when you walk through our doors!
What is your favorite procedure that Dr. Cooper performs and why?
My favorite procedure has to be neck lifts. It blows my mind how Dr. Cooper can transform our patients’ necks—they look so much younger almost immediately!
What is your favorite skincare product?
Going along with my obsession with neck lifts, I absolutely love our Neocutis Micro Firm Neck and Decollete Cream. It makes my neck feel so silky.
What is your favorite beauty home remedy?
Water! This is a no-brainer, but it’s really amazing for your body and especially your skin. We have a challenge at the office each day to see who can drink the most water during the workday.
Arlene Michelle Wilson, DNP, CRNA, FNP-BC
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Dr. Arlene Michelle Wilson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist with 25 years of advanced anesthesia experience in hospital, ambulatory, and office-based surgical settings. She serves as the Chief CRNA for JCooper MD Plastic Surgery, where she provides expert anesthesia care tailored specifically to aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Wilson earned her Master of Science in Anesthesiology and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Barry University and has practiced independently as a CRNA since 2006. As the founder of Anescorp LLC, she has built a respected independent anesthesia practice specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery across South Florida.
Her expertise includes comprehensive anesthesia planning, advanced airway management, hemodynamic optimization, multimodal pain strategies, and perioperative risk assessment. She is highly skilled in delivering safe, efficient anesthesia for cosmetic procedures, including body contouring, facial aesthetics, and complex reconstructive cases. Her focus remains on patient safety, comfort, rapid recovery, and maintaining the highest standards of surgical anesthesia care.
Dr. Wilson is known for her meticulous attention to detail, calm clinical presence, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons and operating room teams. She plays an integral role in maintaining safety protocols, workflow efficiency, and anesthesia quality outcomes within the practice.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Wilson mentors CRNAs transitioning into office-based anesthesia practice and has served as a clinical preceptor for nurse anesthesia students for over two decades.
Her military service as a CRNA in the United States Army, including deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom, further shaped her disciplined approach to surgical care and crisis management.
Dr. Wilson’s commitment to excellence, precision, and patient-centered anesthesia care makes her a vital part of the JCooper MD surgical team.
Macie Intoppa, RN

Macie is a South Florida native and registered nurse who transitioned from hospital-based patient care into the field of plastic surgery and perioperative care. She values creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient while delivering attentive, individualized care. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading and spending time on the water with family and friends.
