This 53-year-old patient had bilateral breast asymmetry and ptosis. The patient wanted a breast lift and a fullness to her upper pole fullness. Dr. Cooper performed a wise pattern mastopexy with silicone implants. She received a 265cc to left breast and 295cc to right.
