Facial Plastic Surgery
Facelift
The most comprehensive surgical correction to reverse the effects of an aging face, from the cheeks to the neck, is a facelift. Patients who want to appear younger, with smoother skin texture free of voids or hollows, are perfect candidates. Dr. Cooper helps the discerning patient achieve a more youthful, alert version of themselves.
Facial Plastic Surgery
Lower Facelift
A lower facelift, often referred to as a mini facelift, is designed to address early signs of aging along the jawline, cheeks, and neck. This procedure uses smaller incisions and involves less downtime than a full facelift, making it ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity. Dr. Jason Cooper carefully evaluates each patient’s skin elasticity and facial structure to determine candidacy and create a personalized plan. The result is a naturally refreshed appearance with improved definition and subtle, long-lasting rejuvenation.

Deep Plane Facelift
The deep plane facelift is an advanced technique that targets the deeper structural layers of the face, including the SMAS, to achieve comprehensive and long-lasting rejuvenation. By lifting the skin and underlying tissues together, this approach restores youthful contours in the midface, jawline, and neck while maintaining a natural look. It is especially effective for patients with more significant sagging, deep folds, and volume loss. Dr. Cooper’s expertise in this technique allows for refined, balanced results that avoid a tight or overdone appearance.

Preservation Facelift
A preservation facelift is an advanced facial rejuvenation technique that restores youthful contours while preserving important facial ligaments and natural tissue planes. Rather than creating an overly tight or “pulled” appearance, this modern approach focuses on repositioning the deeper facial structures with minimal disruption, resulting in softer, more natural-looking outcomes. A preservation facelift effectively addresses sagging cheeks, jowls, and loss of jawline definition while helping patients maintain their unique facial character.

Neck Lift
A well-defined neck frames the face without distraction. Replacing sagging skin or a double chin with a slender, sleek neck contour enhances your beautiful face. This is often done concurrently with a facelift to improve overall balance and youthfulness.

Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid surgery replaces volume and removes excess skin and wrinkles to revive a vibrant facial appearance by taking years off your looks. Results include diminished undereye circles and drooping eyelids, restoring a younger, fresher, and more alert appearance.
Facial Plastic Surgery
A brow lift is a facial rejuvenation procedure designed to elevate sagging eyebrows, smooth forehead wrinkles, and reduce the appearance of frown lines between the brows. As the forehead naturally loses elasticity with age, the eyebrows can begin to droop, creating a tired, angry, or heavy appearance. By lifting the brow to a more youthful position, a brow lift restores a refreshed, approachable look while maintaining your natural facial expressions.

Facelift With Fat Transfer
A facelift with fat transfer combines surgical facial lifting with natural volume restoration for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. While a facelift tightens sagging skin and repositions underlying tissues, fat transfer restores volume lost through the aging process by using your own purified fat, typically harvested from areas such as the abdomen or thighs. Adding volume to the cheeks, temples, under-eye area, or around the mouth helps create smoother facial contours and a more youthful, balanced appearance. By addressing both skin laxity and volume loss in a single procedure, a facelift with fat transfer delivers natural-looking, longer-lasting results that enhance overall facial harmony.
Facial Plastic Surgery
Fat Transfer
Fat transfer is a natural facial rejuvenation treatment that restores youthful volume using your body’s own fat. During the procedure, fat is gently harvested from an area such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs through liposuction, purified, and strategically injected into areas of the face that have lost fullness over time. Common treatment areas include the cheeks, temples, under-eye hollows, jawline, and around the mouth. By replenishing volume with your own living fat cells, fat transfer creates soft, natural-looking enhancement while avoiding synthetic fillers.
Why Facial Plastic Surgery?
Facial plastic surgery is an essential part of aesthetics. This medical practice involves correcting areas of the face and includes cosmetic and reconstructive improvement. Cosmetic facial plastic surgery enhances the visible appearance of facial features and structures. These corrections include the entire face. Board-certified plastic surgeons have the most extensive training and experience, along with the highest ethical standards, to be the best choice when considering a surgeon for facial aesthetics.

What You Can Expect
Surgery is an important decision that requires you to understand what to expect and what is expected of you. Specific preparations are necessary, such as quitting smoking and abstaining from certain medications and supplements.
All facial plastic surgeries are done as outpatient procedures with IV sedation. Rarely is an overnight stay in a hospital necessary. You will be given detailed instructions before surgery for how to reduce risk, help recovery, and protect your incisions.
We will remove your sutures within 6–8 days and may give you additional instructions at this time. Dr. Cooper will explain any diet restrictions during your consultation and when you can resume exercise or strenuous activities. Most patients feel comfortable returning to work two weeks after surgery, when swelling and bruising have substantially subsided.
